Our visit to Messing primary school.
We had a wonderful time during our visit at Messing Primary School, where our author Amelia Allen has been awarded author of the month!
During Mental Health Awareness Week - We had been given the privilege of holding an assembly for the school to introduce the conversation of mental health, emotional well-being and ways to support yourself and others.
We were also lucky enough to conduct two lessons of different age groups to continue the mental health conversation. This included introducing the children to the ‘Stress Bucket’ analogy and what we can do to ‘release the tap’ to our worries, and later drawing these things on strips of paper to create chains - connecting the things that make us happy as individuals.
We have the power to shape our children’s mental health for the better, starting with supporting our little ones.

We’ve been working along side Paul and his incredible printing team from F.E Burman, London, to create our first children’s book for you!
